I bring over 15 years of experience in digital healthcare transformation. As a solutions and implementations leader, I design and implement digital solutions across platforms such as Epic, Salesforce, Microsoft D365, and others—integrating mental and behavioral health measures to streamline and automate both clinical and patient workflows.

 

I am currently working toward a Master of Health Science (MHSc) degree in the Advanced Health Care Practice Program at University of Western Ontario.  I hold certifications as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Salesforce Administrator.
